Operation Director (Beijing) - 10-15 Years minimum experience in manufacturing environment. - Proven Lean / Six Sigma experience including plant transformations and plant start ups - Experienced in Fabrications, Machining, Final Assembly and Testing of customized capital equipment. - Proven Project Management experience of large and complex projects - Previous China Operations experience preferred - Proven leadership capability in Western quality assurance systems and process controls - Excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities. Previous experience interacting with Western team members
General Manager, Xi’an - Global outlook and exposure to different cultures, challenges and ways of working. - A proven track record of delivering results in both favorable and unfavorable conditions. - Strong financial / commercial experience an advantage - Supply chain development, management experience. - Managed significant programmes / projects - Managed complex customer / supplier / shareholder interfaces at a senior level - Fluent written and spoken English (if English is not the candidate’s mother tongue). - Knowledge of Chinese an advantage (if Chinese is not the candidate’s mother tongue).
Operations Director, Wuxi This person is to Lead plant managers in direction of all manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality standards and cost guidelines. - Bachelor degree preferred - 5-10 Years minimum experience in operations/manufacturing environment. - Experienced in Fabrications, Machining, Final Assembly and Testing of customized capital equipment. - Proven Lean / Six Sigma experience and plant transformations preferred - Previous China Operations experience and/or previous experience interacting with Eastern team members preferred. - Proven leadership capability in Western quality assurance systems and process controls
